John Gulius is an experienced landscaping professional and small business owner based in Greenville, South Carolina. He is known as the founder and driving force behind Carolina Turf Solutions, a landscaping company that’s making a name for itself in the Palmetto State. John attended the Delaware Valley College of Science and Agriculture in Doylestown Pennsylvania, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration in 1999. From there, he made his way to Southern California, accepting a position in the competitive world of Los Angeles corporate finance. However, even as he carried out that role, the desire to create a business of his own was always at the forefront of his mind. After a great deal of thought, he decided to leave his corporate post, move to the mid-Atlantic region, and give entrepreneurship a genuine shot. In 2023, John Gulius realized his dream and created Carolina Turf Solutions, a landscaping business that combines his long-time love of the outdoors with his passion for transforming parks, yards, and lawns into places of pristine, green beauty. In transforming his career path, John has reinvented himself as a dedicated turf manager and learned tradesman who ensures that his ever-expanding list of clients enjoys lush, pest-free grasses through strategic soil preparation and seeding methods. By employing advanced irrigation systems and precision trimming and mowing techniques, he also guarantees that each lawn he cares for achieves optimal health, vitality, and aesthetic appeal.
